Academic and/or life skills coaching services are designed to support kids, teens, and adults in developing essential skills for success in both academic and everyday life. These services focus on areas such as time management, organization, goal setting, problem-solving, communication, and social interactions. While they complement speech therapy, coaching services are distinct and do not address speech or language disorders. Coaches work closely with clients to build confidence, improve self-regulation, and enhance executive functioning skills. These sessions are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual, aiming to help them navigate challenges and achieve personal or academic goals. Since coaching is not a medically reimbursable service, it is typically offered outside of insurance coverage.
